Looked in the mirror lately?? I just bet all those late night Christmas drinks and days spent fighting for a car space at shoppingtown are beginning to leave the unmistakable signs of fatigue all over your face! Right?
Here are 4 quick fixes to get you all merry and bright again!
1. Be a scrubber!! Get rid of that dirty dull top layer of skin with your favourite exfoliator. Just make sure you moisturise after to stop your skin drying out.
2. Time to shine! Use a skin illuminator to make your skin glow. If you’re a little adverse to some grease lightening, then just apply it to your cheeks and around your eyes. Check out my BECCA Shimmering Skin Perfector Review here.
3. Take cover!! If you’re feeling tired, chances are you have packed a little extra baggage around the eyes. A good concealer will match your skin tone. You should be able to wear it without foundation and not look odd. If you’re feeling extra dark under there mix a little of your illuminator into the concealer before applying, touché eclair style!!
4. Go smoke free! No this isn't an anti smoking message, although it does make your skin look crap...just sayin! I LOVE a smoky eye as much as the next gal but if your demons involve bags and circles under the eyes then try just using a highlighting shadow on it’s own with lashings of mascara. If you need a little extra oomph, line the inside of your eye with a black, brown or charcoal pencil and apply some falsies!
